1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If the store is on holiday or temporarily closed, this will be announced 15 days in advance. Please note that during peak seasons or sales events (such as Passover or Sukkot), additional employees will be assigned to ensure timely delivery. Orders received after 2 A.M. New York Time (which is 9 A.M. Israel Time, 7 A.M. British Time, and 3 A.M. Mexico Time) will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We currently ship internationally.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on local laws or carrier policies.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so you can monitor your package’s progress.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, the package might end up staying at local place. We will contact you for further solutions, which may incur additional charges.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.
